Via 90-minute weekly small-group Zoom meetings, we will cover:

  • Contracts and Service Agreements (Q&A with an Entertainment Lawyer)
  • Fiduciary Best Practice (Q&A with an Entertainment Accountant)
  • Structuring Your Business and Its Systems (Q&A with a Systems Advisor)
  • Hiring, Firing, and Inspiring: Managing Worker and Client Expectations

What you will be provided:

  • A pricing guide, based on current industry standards
  • A budgeting spreadsheet tailored for your business
  • A service agreement template for your business
  • A systems template for standardizing your business

In addition, you are entitled to a weekly, 30-minute one-on-one sessions with Tyrrell where you can ask questions and get help with the tasks that you may not be clear on for your business. PLUS an additional 30 days of exclusive access to ask Tyrrell questions as they arise after your 5-week program ends.
