Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Continuity Plan

Dear TYDEF Customers, Narrators and Friends:
As novel coronavirus (COVID-19) diagnoses continue to increase, TYDEF is committed to providing a safe environment for our employees and ensuring business continuity, to the best of our abilities, in service to our customers and partners. With growing concerns around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have updated our Business Continuity Plan to ensure we are able to serve our customers should conditions progress.
We have recently made steps to ensure we are following the advice and direction from the CDC and the World Health relating to this virus.
We use medical-grade cleaning solution to sanitize office surfaces, doors knobs, lunch tables, and kitchen supplies
Before every session, producers wipe down all desks, tables, consoles, computer keyboards, and other surfaces that are touched often.
All employees and customers exhibiting symptoms are asked to work from home until fully recovered.
Business Continuity of Deliverables
The TYDEF Business Continuity Plan centers around its ability to operate remotely at all times. Currently, our post-production professionals have the ability to work from their homes, so our infrastructure and production processes are already designed for a remote-working model.
During these uncertain times, we guarantee our ability to serve and deliver for those of you who trust TYDEF with your projects during this outbreak.
